PORTFOLIO

Hello, I’m Kurstin and welcome to my website! I was born and raised in Nebraska and currently live in Wyoming while pursuing my degree in Art Education. While becoming a teacher is my goal, making is art is naturally a part of that as well as something I dearly enjoy and have been doing since I was young.

I was enlisted in the United States Marine Corps for 5 years of my life and served on the coast in North Carolina. While there, I gained many life experiences and ideas on where I could move forward in both my personal and professional lives.

Since moving to Wyoming in 2024, I have had the honor to show some of my works in a couple local shows and I continue to strive for more!

Artist

Woman standing next to a large artistic flower sculpture with white blooms, displayed against a brick wall in an art gallery. The woman is wearing a green dress and holding a jacket. Paintings are hung on the wall.

When I'm not working on my homework or brainstorming for new works of art, I spend my time in nature and helping the local veterans in my community through my colleges veterans club, of which I am currently the Vice President.

I use the experiences to help with not only idea development, but also improvement of my art and my social skills.

Latest Piece

“Lily of the Heart,” large sculptural lily of the valley flower, currently being shown in Art 321 of Casper, WY as a part of the “Art in Bloom” group exhibit.

Everything in progress or coming soon!
